Shortcode not working on Pages

I can’t get Sassy Social Share to work when I add it as a Shortcode to the page.

I’m using it as [Sassy_Social_Share]

I’ve tried changing the Standard interface to allow on pages and it still doesn’t work. It works on posts though.

Any ideas on what this could be?

I can see the icons at the web page you have mentioned but seems the color of the logos inside the social share icons isn’t reflecting at the front-end. What Logo Color you have specified in the Theme Selection section at the plugin configuration page in the admin area? You would like to do as suggested at the link https://support.heateor.com/color-share-icons-not-being-updated/

Thanks for the prompt reply.

The color in the theme is black and white. It works fine on this post:

However, on the pages the icons don’t even work at all. It’s not just the color, I can’t even click them…

I noticed the HTML of the social share bar is different at the pages where it’s not working. Is there any plugin/code which is modifying the HTML of the icons?

We found the issue:
there was a request to put a lot of over the top security into all of the Advanced Custom Fields output and one of those security filters on the hero content was stripping the HTML tags out of the shortcode
