Shortcode not working

I’m using Registration Magic. I’m looking to include a directory/list of only members who registered via a certain form, but the RM shortcode [RM_Users form_id=‘x’] doesn’t seem to work with WordPress.

this one does work [RM_Form id=’x’]. But this one doesn’t
User Directory Form Specific [RM_Users form_id=‘x’] Shortcode User directory of users who submitted form x. I did replace the x with the form ID.
