Shortcode not generating according to Documentation

    I followed the documentation to produce a shortcode, but the result is nothing as it should be.
    I want to show the following
    1. search field (to replace the Search Placeholder with “Enter ABC”)
    2. Custom Taxonomy Term1 (listing) with heading AREA
    3. Custom Taxonomy Term2 (listing) with geading LOCATION
    (The 2 taxonomies have same term name, as they are from the custom post type “listing”)
    4. Submit button (name as SEARCH)
    5. I also want to hide terms with no listing/content

    Can anyone help me to generate the right shortcode?
