    If i activate a normal default wordpress theme like twentytwenty, i can see the shortcode for all reviews [cusrev_all_reviews] working nicely. And if i turn on my theme, the review block looks all messed up.
    How do i deactivate the default settings of my theme review tab so that i can have your default settings?

    I think that it depends on what your theme does differently from the official themes. Please share URL of the page where I can check the problem.

    Thanks for sharing the URL. Can you please confirm where is the reviews block on that page? I could not find any.

    Oh sorry again i sent you the demo page… this is the correct link: https://testsite.wpcdn-b.com/ (i put images of chairs as product image reviews)
    As you can see, everything is messed up and the layout is terrible;
    with some css i can manage to make it look like this:

    but it’s still really messed up
