Shortcode in Widget doesn’t work

    I added the shortcode as a sidebar widget and it just displays the actual shortcode in the sidebar.

    Hi yshlox,

    A few things to try:
    – Did you activate the plugin? (The shortcode doesn’t work without activating it.)
    – Did you make sure the Widget in the sidebar allows HTML codeand plugins? (Otherwise it will just be converted to text). If in doubt, try the WordPress-default “Individual HTML” Widget.
    – Im not sure if this applies as well, but does the WordPress user have the rights to insert HTML (which may probably also affect the plugin functionality) into the side bar? E.g. try to add it as an admin user.
