shortcode in variation description

    Hi

    I in the product variation description I want to add shortcode that will open popup.
    I am using flatsome theme. I tried this with flatsome shortcode and the button appeared but nothing happened on click.
    Also tried with PopupPress shortcode and again the button appears but nothing happens on click
