Shortcode for forms

Hello, and thanks for writing this.
Actually – there’s no use for shorts codes…
You just need to have an active form on your site, either contact form 7, Gravity forms, or – also support – Ninja Forms.

Once you have this form installed, UpiCRM will recognize the form and its fields, and will allow you to map it into your central leads/customer tabel, along with all the additional functionality (manage leads, distribute leads, analyze traffic sources etc.
