shortcode – facebook counts not showing

Hi, ever since I migrate my website to another service, my facebook count doesnt appear. Instead of numbers, it display nothing.

I realize the problem appear only when I use shortcodes for pages. Shortcode for post is working perfectly fine.

May I know how to address this problem?
