shortcode content not always displaying

    We have some content which displays as an Iframe that keeps disappearing. We are using a shortcode. It disappears from both pc and mobile. Then will reappear after a variable period of time.

    Any pointers on what to be looking at?

    I should also say the same shortcode/content has been working fine for the past 2 years.

    There can be many reasons for what you describe. Is the HTML code generated by the shortcode completely gone from the page in case of an error? Or is the iframe element there, but shows no content? For the latter, security settings on both your and the included page could be to blame. These prevent browsers from loading pages embedded via iframe.

    However, if the HTML code is completely gone, a caching plugin could be responsible. I see that you are using caching from Themify. Disable it for a test and see if it improves the behavior.
