Shortcode + button not inserting shortcode

    I have disabled all plugins and shortcodes no working

    errors:
    1. MyThemeShop Theme Customizer haven´t no links for activate deactivate uninstall
    2. + button not inserting any shortcodes
    3. shorcodes for button working but css is some broke
