Shortcode and PHP code not working

    Hello, been trying to get the tables to work with no luck.

    Got rid of all other plugins and installed WP 3.6.1 and
    websimon 1.3.4 again, still not working.

    I want the tables on a page.

    do you need to activate shortcode or is this a version
    problem?

    The file websimon-tables/PHP/shortcode.php says
    (inactive)

    Any ideas!
