WooCommerce already includes a default Thank You / Order Received page that customers see after completing a purchase.
You can check the related settings under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Page setup. The main Checkout page is selected there, and under Checkout endpoints you’ll also see the Order received endpoint.
The default thank-you page is not a separate WordPress page. WooCommerce displays it through the checkout/order-received endpoint.
If you only want to make the existing page shorter or change what appears on it, that would usually need some theme/plugin customization or custom code, depending on what you want to change.
If you want to redirect customers to a completely separate custom thank-you page after purchase, that would also normally require custom code or a plugin that provides that feature.
If you can share what you want the thank-you page to show, others here may be able to suggest the simplest approach.

Yes, WooCommerce already shows a thank you page (the Order received page) right after someone completes checkout, so there’s nothing extra to set up for that.
If you’d like to change what’s on it, that depends on your theme. With a block theme, you can edit it under Appearance > Editor > Templates > Order Confirmation, and this guide walks through it: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-store-editing/templates/customizing-order-confirmation-page/
With a classic theme, changing that page needs custom code or a plugin, which is outside what we can help with here.
