    Hi Dennis,

The ecwid code you mentioned doesn’t have anything to do with UPCP, but there’s a few things I can suggest:
    1) Try deactivating other plugins
    2) Delete that ‘Store’ page
    3) If you still encounter the same issues afterwards, then I’d suggest changing your admin password.

    Hi Dennis,

    Ecwid team here.

The shortcode you mentioned is usually placed by the Ecwid shopping cart plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ecwid-shopping-cart/ . The plugin is used to add an online store to WordPress sites and to manage products, orders and store setting in the WordPress admin backend. When the Ecwid plugin is active, the shortcode is replaced with a products catalog on the site so that the visitors can browse and purchase your products.

While it’s totally possible to add that shortcode by hand, I think it’s more likely it was automatically added by our plugin when you installed the plugin. Did you install the Ecwid plugin on your site?

If you have an Ecwid account and want your products to be displayed on the Store page on your site, you will need to re-install or re-activate the Ecwid plugin on your site. If you want to remove the Ecwid shortcodes or the Store page itself, you can do that in your WordPress admin backend in the Pages section.

Please let us know if you need any help with it.

    Thanks,
