Did you do the obvious and uploaded an image to the “featured image” widget in the right hand side?
Hi Roy, there is no featured image widget on my screen on the right side…just a place to enable a featured image. I checked it and updated and did nothing.
I just watched a youtube video on this…the screen on youtube tutorial showed a widget on the right for “Featured Image” and to set it. I do not have this widge on my Edit Product page…how do I add this widget?
I have “Featured Image” under my posts section of wordpress, just not in the woocommerce products section…how do I fix this?
Its there look more carefully. Its in the product details.
I changed the theme to wootique but still have the same issue…tried all different themes…same problem
Do you have other plugins installed? Perhaps try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and re-test.
Ok, that worked…thank goodness. I had a plugin called Super-slider that apparently was taking over! Thank you so much for asking some basic questions…I am such a newbie but am slowly getting there. If you want to see my site – http://elasticheadbands.org
