My first thought was to recommend using eShop Languages plugin, adding the image html as the resulting translation. I’m not sure that’d work though, so the second suggestion would be to load a custom JS file with the shopping cart and checkout pages, and replace those strings using jQuery.
As for customizing the table of the checkout page, that depends on what you want to customize. There are hooks to add new fields, or you can take the JS/jQuery approach mentioned before.
thank you so much for your reply. mainly i just want to edit the table design, bg, color etc. not gonna do major changes. im trying to look for the html codes. if you can point me to the right direction like what file to edit and such. thanks again
You should be able to achieve that with CSS via Appearance->eShop.
