Hi there, I’d like to replace the shopping cart icon when the products are shown individually (see link). Any advice greatly appreciated.

do you mean shopping cart on the button? If yes, here you have CSS with it:
.woocommerce div.product form.cart .button::after { content: "\f07a"; }Change
f07ainto unicode of the icon you will find on:
https://fontawesome.com/icons/cart-arrow-down?style=solidThe unicode you will find here:
https://wpde.sk/pr/2018-06-12_11.42.47.pngThe CSS with the change paste to the style.css of child theme or to the plugin that allows you to overwrite the CSS code on your site.
