Hello there.
It sounds as though you used the WordPress plugins section to first deactivate and then delete the widget, and then you installed the widget from scratch. If that is correct, then as part of this process you should have received an email, but it may be that your email provider has stopped the email coming through.
If I could ask you to go to the Shopbop page on your WordPress blog again, then you should be able to re-enter your email, and this time could I ask you to try an email from another provider e.g. maybe a gmail or hotmail address.
If that still does not work then if you could provide your blog url then I can look to see what activity our systems have detected.
