Yes, we added User Permissions in the last update of AST PRO. We checked to add tracking with the Shop Manager role and we were able to add tracking information to the orders page.
Do you use any plugin to give permission for the user role? If yes which permission you give to Shop Manager role we will check it.

Hi, we check if the user role has the manage_woocommerce permissions. so you need to keep it for the shop Manager role.

Hi,
We just released the latest version of the plugin and updated the capability when adding tracking to orders. So now you can add tracking to orders with the Shop Manager role.
