This location is always appear in the shipment calculator on the cart, and is not taken this location automatically from the geolocation.
Just to make sure that I’m understanding correctly, you’re reporting that shop location is selected in the shipping calculator in cart, instead of geolocation?
What happens if you access WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > General > General options > Default customer location > and select Geolocate?

If you want customers from other locations to purchase from your store as well, you’d want to update the settings here: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > General > General options > Selling location(s) > Select – Sell to all countries
Yes, this is the problem, and yes the default customer location is in geolocation option.
This site is only available for the Spain country at the moment, but I want to have different prices depending on city, so all Maxmind and tax options are ok, but If I put my shop location in “Navarra” for example, check now the calculate shipping what is happening, appear Navarra like the customer location… and this is wrong…

As long as you limit the shipping options to Spain only, you will not be able to select any other shipping location on the checkout page. This problem is not related to the Maxmind geolocation database but to your general settings.
Please ensure to set up the shipping locations correctly as described on https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-3.
Yes, I know, but woocommerce shipment calculator select Navarra, even you are not in Navarra, this is because I select my store location Navarra. If I change to other region like my store location, the client location choose this selected one. I mean, the store location and the client location is the same, and this is not posible.I am speaking about regions, not country, like Madrid, Navarra, Sevilla…
Hi @wasauski, I see what you mean. The default location on checkout for me was Navarra.
Please make sure that your cart, checkout and My Account pages are exempt from any caching on your site. If that doesn’t help, I recommend doing conflict testing by following our guide here – https://woosupport.wordpress.com/2020/08/28/conflict-testing-how-to-switch-theme-plugins/
