    Hello,

    Today I saw that some of my shipping zones dissapeared, and I cannot really find a reason. The only change that has been done is an installation of the Omnisend plugin for Woocommerce, and the snippet was added to the script of the body (check below)

    Can you provide us with the original list of the shipping zones you had before the issue occurred? Which ones exactly have disappeared? We will conduct research based on the provided information and let you know of our findings.

    Also, can you provide is with some additional details?

    Are there any other plugins that may be managing shipping zones? Is auto-update enabled there? Is it possible that the shipping zones could have been edited by one of your collaborators?

    In addition to @omnisend’s advice, how about when the Omnisend for WooCommerce plugin is deactivated? Does the issue persist?

    If yes, you can also try deactivating all your plugins except WooCommerce and Omnisend. If the shipping zones reappear, this means there’s a conflict with one of the other plugins. You can then reactivate each plugin one by one until the shipping zones disappear again to identify the conflicting plugin.

    Hello Darla, I really appreciate your help. Fortunately, we found out the issue and it has nothing to do with the Omnisend plugin. It was more of a manual mistake of one of our devs.
