    Through a recent update and the introduction of shipping zones, our configuration has just disappeared, no orders can be made since there are no shipping options available.

    How can we recover the old configuration? does this plugin support shipping zones? how does this affect the internal postal code etc handling?

    Downgrade our plugin, get ZIP from our GitHub, and replicate your old configurations on the new WooCommerce 2.6 shipping zones.
