    Hi. I work for wholesaler of solar systems and we need to implement shiping rules in woocommerce. We need to give rules:

    – for the same product different price for single and bulk but also different bulk pricing to different states. One product have 5 differnet shipping prices depend on variables: weight, distance, size, number of iteams
    – free shipping for panels only when is more then 25 pcs in the order to certain area

    Can you please help me which plugin would cover all of that?
