Shipping State Code has less than 5 characters

    With most of the sales made in Woocommerce we receive a postcode like 67867-9034
    When we push it through to Zoho we have the following error
    “Please ensure that the Shipping State Code has less than 5 characters. – 15”
    Manually changing the postcodes so the first 5 numbers is the only way to push the details through and that requires both address and shipping address to be altered.
    Is this something that we can change or is it not possible?

    So you have the extended zip code with the additional numbers.

    Samer, are you the support team for this Plugin. I am having a hell of a time getting someone to actually listen and take control of my issues via support, they seem intent on wait int 24-48 hours to shoot me a 2 line response that clearly shows they have no interest.
    I am 1 more poor response from ripping them a new one on the review.
    Ever since i upgraded i have issues like thisvery on and contact not reading properly , and just random issues?

    this error “Please ensure that the Shipping State Code has less than 5 characters. – 15” is from zoho , it is pretty clear , You mapped “state name” field to zoho “state code” field , remove it and map zoho “State” field only

    Still have this problem.
    Billing Zip is a field type “Standard field” and selected billing billing_postcode

    Shipping Zip is a field type “Standard field” and selected selected Shipping Postcode/ZIP

    Feeds from Ebay populate a ZIP code like 02790-3211 as an example.
    When pushing to ZOHO it comes back with “Please ensure that the Shipping State Code has less than 5 characters. – 15”
    I have to change both Shipping and Billing ZIP codes for it to work.

    SO you need to remove the +4 at the end of the zip code?
