Shipping price based on quantity

    Hi,
    I want to set shipping prices depending of items number.

    Is it possible to add support to set shipping prices like this?
    [qty] > 3? 3.95 : 1.28

    It surprise me there isn’t an option like this since shipping prices will likely change depending on weight.
