Shipping options don’t work

Thank you for reaching out and for providing such detailed information, including the System Status Report and screenshots. I understand you’re experiencing two issues: shipping costs are being displayed before an address is entered, and the Local Pickup option is not appearing as expected.

I reviewed the shipping zone screenshots, and I noticed that the PostNL shipping rates are configured as €4.17 and €7.85. However, in the cart screenshot you shared earlier, the shipping cost displayed is €6.35, which does not match any of the rates configured in your WooCommerce shipping zones.

I also noticed that you are using the Packlink PRO Shipping plugin. Since the shipping cost shown in the cart does not match the rates configured in WooCommerce, I suspect that the Packlink PRO Shipping plugin may be influencing the shipping calculations.

Could you please confirm whether the €6.35 shipping cost shown in the cart is configured somewhere within the Packlink PRO Shipping settings?

For testing purposes, could you temporarily deactivate the Packlink PRO Shipping plugin and check whether:

1. Shipping costs are still displayed before an address is entered.
2. The Local Pickup option appears as expected.

Please let us know what you find.

If you still experience the same issue, could you temporarily disable the coming soon/under-construction mode so we can access the site and take a closer look? If you do this, please keep the Packlink PRO Shipping plugin deactivated during testing so we can determine whether the issue is related to WooCommerce itself or the shipping plugin.
