Shipping options

Hi,

I’m building a WooCommerce shop for a client, and I’m stuck on a little problem.

What my client wants:
An item (it’s a DVD) has 2 shipping options. Local pickup & send to address.
Their “local pickup” item is limited (let’s say, there are 50 pieces), but their “send” option is unlimited.
When the item is in stock for pickup, you can choose pickup or send, but when it’s out of stock, you only can choose the send option in your checkout screen.

Every single item needs to have this option, and when both a pickup and a send item is selected, you can only choose the “send” option.

Is this even possible? I’m known with the shipping-per-product plugin, but this one only gives me the choice to change the shipping price per county (or zip etc.)
