Shipping not showing

I’ve intstalled woocommerce Version: 2.1.4 and WooCommerce – APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping Version: 1.4.1 but I can’t get it to work. It won’t show in my checkout process.

This is the configuration I use:

1|3.00|1
10|6.75|1

I’ve created 1 country group and added the only country I’ll send to (Netherlands).

Why won’t the shipping show in my checkout process.
What am I doing wrong?
