shipping not being updated

    Hi

    Sorry but i have also noticed the shipping services in all of our WP Lister profiles are not being updated

    This includes adding new shipping services, changing prices and also when we check the shipping services in an ebay listing it says economy int postage, even though in all our profiles we have Royal Mail standard international postage

    No errors on revising changed profiles

    Hello albertramsbottom.

    If changes are made to shipping policies, store categories, or anything else relating to your eBay account, in order for WP-Lister to display those changes you must refresh your account details by clicking the “Refresh details” link on the “Accounts” page of WP-Lister’s settings.

    In regards to shipping options not showing properly on eBay, the first thing to check is if you have any eBay shipping settings enabled in the edit product page? I ask because the edit product page eBay settings will always over ride the listing profile settings: Listing profile vs edit product page. If there are settings enabled in the edit product page you should change it to “Use Profile Settings”.

    If that is not the problem then please provide me with your dashboard URL, admin login credentials, a sample SKU, and what you are trying to show for the shipping options on eBay in a ticket: Support Form with a link to this forum thread.
