I didn’t fully get the question, but it seems you’re looking for a way to make Company and Apartment fields required during checkout.
If so, there are two approaches:
* Using plugins to make these fields required. You can check out our Checkout Field Editor extension or the third-party Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce.
