    Hello,
We are experiencing strange plugin behavior when editing shipping method labels. Namely, when we edit the labels, shipping rate calculations fail. For example, when “Spedizione gratuita” is named “Free”, free shipping is correctly applied when there is one item in the cart (and minimun expenditure is achieved). But if there are 2 or more items (and minimun expenditure is achieved), flat rate is applied instead.

The problem disappear if we restore the default label “Spedizione gratuita”.

We would greatly appreciate a check and feedback from you. Thank you very much

    Hi @valeporpo

This is indeed weird and unusual. To resolve this, I recommend checking the settings for your shipping methods. If the settings are correct, try disabling all other plugins and switch to a default theme like Storefront to see if there’s a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

Additionally, after changing the label, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Next, please clear your browser cache and then check again.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
