Shipping method before buying

    Hello people,

    I’m building a marketplace for a client(maybe i will use Dokan plugin), and i need a plugin or something that allows me to do this:

    The client have a physical space which he will use as local pickup for the nearby stores that are on the platform, so i will set the several shipping methods for the costumers: mail or local pickup.

    however, some stores in the platform are far from the physical space, so he cannot do the pickup method for that stores.

    This take me to the problem if a costumer buy something from one of that stores(far from the physical point) and choose pickup method for the shipping.

    In that way, i would like to have something like a landing page or a pop up in the home page for the costumers to choose right away the shipping method, mail or local pickup. If they choose mail, all the products from all the sellers are available, if they choose local pickup only products from nearby sellers are visible and all the others are hidden.

    Anyone know how to do this or some plugin that helps me accomplish this functionality?

    How about if you created essentially two separate stores with your products? That is, you asked the user up front (as you said you wanted to do) whether they want mail shipment or pick up, and if they click mail shipment, they are sent to a page (or pages, or sections) that gives them access to all your products. And if they click pick up, they are sent to a separate page/pages/section that only gives them the option to see and buy the products available for pickup.

    Would something like that work?
