• we have lost a lot orders becuase of the shipping not showing.

    on the checkout page, it’s showing

    Shippo Shipping: parcels -> Parcel with supplied object_id 3dcb64a83ee44597ad7ded31f1f31dd7 not found.

    when we changed the product weight then it’s showing…what’s the issue

    Please let me know

    we have to fix on urgent basis

    We are sorry for delay with the response. Please note if you are using PRO version of the plugin you will need to contact support at 1TeamSoftware website. Otherwise if you are using free version then we recommend to review debug logs and identify what might be going wrong.

    What is the workflow the workflow when it is happening? Do you have combine products (boxes) checkbox checked?
