Shipping condition

    We have a basic price for shipping upto 250gms. Beyond that for every 250gms a fixed cost has to be added for every additional 250gms. Can this be done in the free or paid plugin? Please help, thank you!

    I have purchased the plugin.

    USA
    We have a basic price of Rs. 1051/- for shipping up to 250gms.
    Beyond that for every 250gms a fixed cost of Rs. 193/- has to be added.

    So how do I add this condition?
