    Hi,
I have setup some products using the plugin and everything is working and displaying great! The problem I am having is with shipping.

The shipping classes are being ignored and only the <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>No shipping class cost</span> is being used – regardless of the product chosen.

I have set up Woocommerce shipping zones (for different parts of the world) and within each, a flat rate with some shipping classes setup for different shipping costs for different items. I have also made sure the products have the appropriate shipping class selected.

I have tried a simple product not using the plugin, and the shipping classes work fine, so it seems the plugin doesn’t pass on shipping classes from the product to the shipping calculation, so Woocommece assumes there is no shipping class and hence uses that value.

    Any solution please?

  • Hi there,

I tried to replicate the issue you mentioned, but the plugin shouldn’t affect the shipping class.

Could you send some screenshots of the shipping classes and product configuration so that we can check them?

    Thanks for your cooperation.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. As I was going through various pages collecting screenshots for you, I realised my mistake.

The individual products had their shipping class set, however the global product they were ‘within’ didn’t have the shipping class set, and that is obviously the one that matters, not the option products within it in the plugin.

Thanks for inadvertently giving me the answer.
