Shipping Class gibberish

    I attempted to set up the shipping classes – for example, FREE. I cannot due to it being written and displayed in gibberish.

    When I attempt to type in it – it is in gibberish. I wish I could attach screenshots to explain, but you would have to go to shipping class to try to set it up to see what I am talking about.

    It is not resolved. I had been waiting to hear back. I emailed screenshot using the snipboard on April 24th.

    Can you confirm where did you email it to? Did you open a ticket? If so, what is the ticket number?
