  • I, for the life of me, cannot figure out why my shipping calculator will not work, when it was working. I am using UPS and have shipping enabled. When I add an item to my cart and go to the checkout page it tells me to select a country and enter a zip code. I enter the zip code,the page refreshes and it tells me to enter the zip code.

    I have cleared cache, disabled plugins, checked my settings…I have no idea what is wrong and I’m desperate for help.

  • I did update to the latest version of wp-ecommerce and it seems as though even more items are broken now. I am using SSL which was working like a champ. Now, my secured pages are giving a warning message and the little black box that typically shows up after you add an item to the cart that says “Item added to cart. Go to Checkout or Continue Shopping” is not showing up.

    I just downgraded, which I absolutely did not want to do, to version 3.8.10 and the shipping calculator and add to cart functionality is working again. I wouldn’t consider this resolved because I can’t sit on an older version forever.

    Same problem here – on 2 of my websites. Running latest versions as well. If someone has a solution, or can at least point us in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!
