@aksingh1 Looking at the documentation for the ShipStation plugin , this seems to be expected.
However, according to the screenshot there, a private system note is what seems to be added, so that wouldn’t be sent over to the customer. Are you sure an email is being generated by these notes? Could you share with us a screenshot of those emails?

@aksingh1 I looked into this and two emails are sent due to two different actions are taking place. The first action is the note being added to the order that contains the tracking information. The next action is the order being moved to completed.
If only the completed email is sent, the tracking information is not included unless the Shipment Tracking extension is also installed and in use: https://woocommerce.com/products/shipment-tracking/ . When this extension is added, the order note email is not sent and only the completed email is sent with the tracking info.
It is possible to go into the emails under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and disable the Order Completed email if you wish.
