• I am creating my own page using shortcodes for each section. I have the pro version of this plugin and the schema plugin.

When I use the shortcodes, do the menu item schemas get created?

    Hi Roger,

The WordPress.org forums are meant for questions about the free version of this software. As such, please contact us directly by email or visit our website, if you have any questions specific to anything found in the premium version, and we’d be happy to assist you.

I just found this because I was going to post the same question for this plugin in general, not specifically for the pro version.

I just did the Google rich snippet test here
    Test: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

I tested the page provided by the OP and als a page with the free version of this plugin. There is no schema created for the restaurant menu.

The question now is if you are planning to add that markup?
    More info here: https://schema.org/MenuItem

PS: adding the fields ‘priceRange’ and ‘servesCuisine’ are recommended by Google but missing from the local business markup for restaurants. Would be appreciated if you could add that to the settings page of the business profile plugin.

    Thanks
    JP

I’m not aware of any plans to add it in upcoming updates, but I can definitely note it down as a feature request for future consideration.

Yes please make it a feature request.

    Thanks
