Sharing Content Across MU Sites

    Hi,

    I was wondering what would be the best way to share and update content across multiple MU sites. For example Site A shares a post with site B, C and D. When it the post gets updated or deleted in Site A the posts in site B, C and D are updated as well.

    I was thinking of using Json Rest API to achieve that. Am I on the right track with this?
