    Hi @insecttrojan, thanks for getting in touch.

    I suspect your server is running lsapi V8.1 CloudLinux 1.3, which is the Litespeed module for Apache. That means you’re correct in your assessment that your shared hosting is Apache, but it appears that the Litespeed + lsapi settings detection from Wordfence’s optimization wizard will apply the correct settings for this server.
