Can you provide a screenshot of Settings > Shared Counts so I can see your settings?
What do you see when you edit your blog post? Do you see any share counts listed in the sidebar? Ex: https://cl.ly/3Y0P0O1V422e
Do you still see 0 after clicking “Refresh Counts”?
It sounds like a server level issue. Your host may be preventing the external API request, or SharedCount may be blocking your request for some reason. Or there could be a plugin that’s causing the issue.
Unfortunately, debugging this further is beyond the free support I offer with this plugin. I recommend you contact your host for help, or hire a WordPress developer on Codeable.

I disabled all other plugin, also whitelisted the endpoint with hosting and changed the theme to a default one, and still doesn’t work. :S
