I’m trying to incorporate a squeeze page plugin with my wordpress blog. The plugin requires a new page to create a squeeze page and since the sharebar is active on pages and posts, I have to deactivate the plugin using the small check box when editing the page. However, the plugin isn’t completely deactivated on the squeeze page. The horizontal share buttons for twitter and facebook are still on the page. here is the test page that I’m trying to fix:
This problem shows up for multiple theme templates as well. the theme isn’t the problem and I’ve cleared the page cache after the problem came up and it didn’t fix it either.
I have to select the “squeeze page” from the page template drop down in the page attributes. Can I add some sort of code to the page template to completely remove the sharebar from this specific template or is there something else I can do to fix this?
