Share counts keep changing!

    Hi There,

    So I’m having trouble with my share counts, they keep changing every time I load or refresh a post. One minute it will be at 12 shares then it will randomly change back to 7 shares. But when I re-load the page it will go back to 12 shares. This happens on most of my posts and has done for awhile. How fix this so I can accurately see my share counts?

    Hi Ashlea,

    This might be happening because of the Facebook share count. Recent changes introduced by Facebook in the graph API have made it impossible to track shares via graph API. That’s why our plugins also do not support Facebook shares. You can use the add-on Social Shares Tracker to start tracking Facebook shares along with tracking shares for all the other social networks. It will start the shares from the share counter you had with the free plugin.
