Share Button Not Linking Specific Post

    Hi there,

    I am trying to share my recent post on Facebook, and when I try sharing it, the specific post I want to share is not coming up. For Example,my blog’s name is Rooted in Salt and the post I want to share is called “A Fairy Tale Wedding”, when I share the post this pops up instead “Rooted in Salt” and my about me on the bottom. It is not linking the specific post I want to share. How can I fix this?
