Shadowbox JS not working on certain pages.

I have just noticed that Shadowbox has stopped working on blog articles that also have a Vimeo embed on the page, link to post with an image and a video. However, on pages on my blog that do not have a video embed Shadowbox works fine! is there a way of getting SB to work on those pages that also contain a video as I hate the way images currently open in a new page rather than in that nice animating box that I’ve grown so fond of. What is it about the embed that stops SB from working?!

Any advice appreciated…
