• Despite working with them to fix all the bugs in the pro version of WP All Import with Woocommerce add-on (at considerable expense to ourselves), when we finally gave-up on the plugin because it kept breaking they wouldn’t refund the purchase price (despite originally agreeing to) because “it had been more than 30 days”.

We have always advertised a 30 day money back guarantee, and always honored it.

murraymarmoset purchased WP All Import on October 26th 2013.

He reported a bug related to the import of special characters from CSV files without UTF-8 encoding on November 25th 2013. We had a fix delivered to him on November 29th.

He submitted 2 support tickets in February of 2014, more than 90 days after originally purchasing asking for some help. For the first ticket, we requested additional information and he didn’t respond. For the second ticket, we responded with a solution. Neither of these tickets were reports of bugs in WP All Import.

On March 24th 2014, he asked us if we could give him a refund. My response was “We have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are within 30 days of purchase you can get a refund. Otherwise we’re happy to help with any problems you are having.”

He declined our offer of help, and asked for the refund. I didn’t look at his ticket history with us and just assumed he was within 30 days of purchase, so asked him to send us his purchase receipt.

Over a month later he got back to us with the receipt. I told him he was outside of the 30 days. His response – “I don’t think you mentioned there was a 30 day limit on the refund you offered so I had no idea about this.”

murraymarmoset, our offer to help you use the plugin still stands.
