let’s start with your 3rd question: Yes this is easily changeable from within the “PlanSo Forms Pro” tab on the right. You can adjust all multipage settings including prev/next buttons there.
Concerning the position of these buttons we need more clarification, but it seems like you’d have to add css to the custom-css settings under the design tab.
As for your second question the short answer is “no”. But we are thinking about adding this functionality to the regular expression testing of mandatory fields so that you can force any field to have the value of another.
Now for the first question it is a yes and no. It is currently not possible to have the conditional logic applied to separate pages of a multipage form. It is however possible to have the fields appear at the same position. For this to work you just place the to-be-shown fields below each other and apply the condition to each. This way the user will only see one field (this is possible with multiple fields as well) depending on the value of the named selectbox. You can even mimic the presence of a static field by creating it as many times as the conditional field is present and apply the same condition to that fields. To be more concrete or to give a detailed solution to this we would need more information about the layout and the desired position of the fields however.

I created a Multipages form that is about 7 pages, when I try to navigate the form, it shows some empty pages in the middle of the created pages, the pages are under conditional logic that they should be hidden. Now I’m not sure if these empty pages are created out of nowhere, or there are some hidden element that I can’t and don’t recognize included in the already created pages that force to show them.
Need to know what to do, and need to know if there is anyway to know if there is any hidden element in the pages.

what I expect is that if there is two page dividers got hidden elements between them will give an empty page regardless of the conditional logic of the hidden elements in this page.
How I can avoid the empty page?

we’ll release an update to PlanSo Forms Pro today that will hide pages that are empty because conditions don’t match. The update will also include a method to validate any field against the value of another field. The latter is useful for 2 email fields where the value of the second field needs to match the value of the first field.
You’ll find the update in the update section as usual.
