    Hi, I were trying to create a popup whit the HTML option and it were fine for desktop, but when I tested in phones or tablets, the font size behavior were wrong. I used the font size option vw, and tried too with vmin, but the font size didn´t changed in phones or tablets. other problem were that I chose the “auto” option for the size of responsive mode, but the popup size in mobiles and tablets is so little.

    then I created a image with all the text to try the Image option. it were fine for desktop but don´t open in mobiles and tablets. Can you help me please?

    Can you please add another image to the popup and let us know?
    We are asking this as the problem may be from the link which we assume is a download link.
    Also, please try changing the Min width from here, to 300-500:
