Do you know what is related about or what it’s going wrong ?

Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, those error messages appear in the Orders screen, in WooCommerce backend. Correct?

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

Thank you for your feedback. I just posted the report on github gist as advised.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi there @linode

Could you also share the link to the gist over here, so we can have a look at its contents, please?

They can be found under https://gist.github.com/your-GitHub-username

    Thank you. 🙂</img>

    Hi @linode ,

The gist appears to be empty, here is what I see on my end:

Can you please try to share the System status report by pasting it directly in your response here?

Additionally, the error messages appear to be related to the WooCommerce Shipping and Tax extension. Please confirm if you have this extension currently active on your site.

If so, please try the following:

    • Updating the plugin to its latest version (if not already updated).
    • Disabling and re-enabling the plugin to see if that fixes the issue.

    Cheers!

    Hello Roxy,

Yes, I have the WooCommerce Shipping and Tax plugin. I didn’t do anything and now I do not have errors anymore.

    Strange behavior !

    Thank you.

    Hi @linode ,

That is indeed strange but am really glad to hear that the issue has resolved itself 🙂

I will go ahead and mark this as resolved then, however please do let us know if the issue returns.

We will be happy to assist further!
