Several Minor Issues

    Hello,

    A few minor issues which may or may not have appeared with 10.8.1:

    1. Product images on the cart page are poor resolution compared to the same images on the shop page (see images https://prnt.sc/XOqnEi_rHcSh and https://prnt.sc/sON7LQGobBo6).
    2. The Minicart product table layout now means (see image https://prnt.sc/zA_VvEuvBs79)
      • <span style=”background-color: initial; font-size: inherit;”>images are very small.</span>
      • short descriptions now occupy many lines.
    3. Any regular emails e.g. customer mails (not block or plain), that contain additional information from the block checkout, need a gap between the addresses and the heading “Additional information”. See image https://prnt.sc/rO7ZZK2hc9P0.

    I understand your concerns regarding the cart image quality, minicart layout changes, and the spacing issue in customer emails after updating to WooCommerce 10.8.1.

    From the issues you described, the layout and styling changes are typically controlled by the theme or page builder/plugin being used on the site, rather than WooCommerce core itself.

    I also tried to replicate these issues on my own test site, but I was not able to reproduce them. Everything appears to be working normally on my end.

    To determine whether the issue is being caused by a theme or plugin conflict, I would recommend performing a conflict test. Please create a staging site first, then:

    • Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce
    • Switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five
    • Test the cart page, minicart, and emails again

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    1 and 2 were not due to plugins or theme but CSS. I’ll work to which bit is causing it.

    3. Happens with no plugins (except WooCommerce) and the twenty-twenty five theme (and none of my CSS).
